About Us

  

Sircle of Success (SOS) is a 501(c)(3) organization that was birthed from the powerful vision of Chauncy James, a justice-impacted leader who turned his own lived experience into a mission of transformation. This organization was founded by Chauncy James and Jania Beverly to serve  justice-impacted and under served communities. From firsthand experience, Chauncy understood the deep challenges of reentry, barriers to employment, housing, stability, and the vital need for real support, opportunity, and faith-driven restoration.
 

Out of that understanding, Sircle of Success was created: a trauma-informed, purpose-driven organization built to restore lives and rebuild communities. SOS partners with professional, educational, and entrepreneurial leaders to empower individuals to rise above their circumstances, embrace their potential, and create sustainable, purpose-filled futures.
 

Through a unique model that combines workforce and economic development, personalized case management, and mentorship, SOS bridges the gap between survival and success. Every program is designed to help individuals and families overcome systemic barriers, strengthen resilience, and walk confidently into self-sufficiency.
 

At the heart of SOS is a message of redemption and renewal—that no past mistake can define a person’s future when given the tools, support, and faith to start again. Together with our community partners, we are creating pathways where second chances become lifelong success stories, and where individuals are empowered to live out their God-given purpose.
