Sircle of Success (SOS) was birthed from the powerful vision of Chauncy James, a justice-impacted leader who turned his own lived experience into a mission of transformation — produced by Chauncy James and Jania Beverly to serve the formerly incarcerated and justice-impacted community.
From firsthand experience, Chauncy understood the deep challenges of reentry — barriers to employment, housing, and stability — and the vital need for real support, opportunity, and faith-driven restoration.
SOS bridges the gap between survival and success through workforce development, personalized case management, and mentorship. Every program helps individuals and families overcome systemic barriers, strengthen resilience, and walk confidently into self-sufficiency.

Our Entrepreneurial Development program empowers participants to transform their ideas into real, sustainable businesses. Entrepreneurship is a powerful pathway to economic independence for those who have faced systemic barriers to traditional employment.
The Sircle of Wealth Financial Literacy program — powered by the BUILD curriculum — equips participants with practical financial skills to build wealth, manage money, and achieve long-term financial independence.
A landmark initiative bringing financial literacy directly to incarcerated individuals through the Life After Prison Program.

Many individuals — especially those returning from incarceration — face significant barriers to accessing the benefits and educational opportunities they are entitled to. Our Access Benefits program removes those barriers.
Life's challenges rarely come one at a time. Our Resource Connections & Case Management program provides holistic, personalized support — meeting individuals where they are and walking with them every step toward stability and success.
Substance abuse is one of the most significant barriers to reentry, family stability, and community health. Sircle of Success provides education, prevention, and recovery support to help individuals and families break free from cycles of substance dependency and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Individuals in recovery, those at risk of substance use, justice-involved individuals, and families impacted by addiction. We meet people where they are — without judgment — and walk alongside them toward healing.

When a family member is incarcerated, impacted by substance use, or experiencing crisis — the entire family suffers. Sircle of Success believes that true community transformation begins with strong families. Our Family Restoration & Community Support program provides wraparound services that heal, stabilize, and reconnect families.
To date, 15 families have experienced increased stability or reunification, 110 families have received wraparound support services, and 10 youth have been enrolled in housing and educational programs through our family-centered approach.
Life skills are the foundation of independence. Many individuals who have been incarcerated, experienced trauma, or faced chronic hardship never had the opportunity to develop the everyday practical and interpersonal skills needed to thrive. Our Life Skills Development program fills that gap with hands-on, real-world training.
This program is ideal for returning citizens, at-risk youth, adults on probation or parole, individuals in recovery, and anyone who needs to rebuild the foundational skills for independent living and long-term success.

The BUILD Financial Literacy Program at Ironwood State Prison equips incarcerated individuals with practical money skills before release.
50 participants obtained critical identification and benefits — foundational to securing housing and employment.
Immediate stabilization connects returning individuals with safe, stable housing — 26 individuals housed to date.
Career coaching and job placement tracked at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months to ensure long-term stability.

BUILD Financial Literacy — Life After Prison Program at Ironwood State Prison
Equipping incarcerated individuals with budgeting, savings, banking, and debt reduction skills — building a foundation for lasting independence upon reentry.
Participants typically enter earning $27,000 or less. Through readiness training, career coaching, and job placement, we increase earning potential and promote financial independence.
Long-term employment success tracked at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months — ensuring participants keep their jobs, not just find them.
